As part of our efforts to help you stay healthy when you stay with us, face coverings are required of all Owners, guests, and vendors at each of our resorts — even where not currently government-mandated. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn include the following:
- Indoor public spaces and common areas
- Lobbies
- Food & Beverage outlets, including pool bars, Marketplaces, and other similar venues
- Fitness centers
- Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6ft/2m cannot be maintained
Please Note: The above requirements are in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts are located.
Exceptions
The following exceptions apply to the above face covering requirements while on property, but please note that any more stringent requirements mandated by governmental authorities in jurisdictions where our resorts are located will still apply:
- Individuals younger than 2 years old
- Individuals with a health or medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering
- Individuals who are actively communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
- Individuals who are eating or drinking and seated at a food establishment on property (Individuals will be required to wear a face covering while moving around the food establishment and until they are seated at their table.)
- Individuals who are exercising outdoors, including running, biking, and swimming and who are able to socially distance while doing so

Official InformationCurrently, travel restrictions are in place in The Bahamas. Those restrictions include, but are not limited to: As of November 1, 2020, The Bahamas requires all travelers age 11 and older to obtain a COVID-19 RT-PCR test five (5) days prior to arrival, apply for a Bahamas Health Travel Visa at http://www.travel.gov.bs prior to departure, take a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test on Day 5 of the visit (unless departing on or prior to Day 5), and always wear a mask and social distance in public places. In addition, beginning November 14, 2020, all visitors will be required to obtain COVID-19 health insurance when applying for their Health Travel Visa. The insurance will cover travelers for the duration of their stay in The Bahamas. Interisland travel requires the completion of an online health application at http://www.travel.gov.bs/domestic. A RT-PCR COVID-19 negative test result is no longer required for interisland travel except for those traveling from New Providence (Nassau) and surrounding islands, which include Paradise Island. The test must not be taken more than five (5) days prior to the date of travel to the destination island, and a 14-day quarantine requirement is still required upon arrival to the destination island.
